SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Overview

These SMS Terms of Service govern the text message program operated by Fundivi ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The sending brand is Fundivi and the program name is Fundivi. All text messages sent under this program come from Fundivi only. We do not send text messages on behalf of, or share your consent with, any third party.

2. Messages You May Receive

Fundivi is a business funding company. We arrange and service business financing, so the text messages we send relate to that relationship. Messages in this program include:

• Replies and follow-ups to a funding inquiry you submitted to us
• Status updates on your business funding application, including approvals, offers, and next steps
• Requests for documents or information needed to process your application, such as bank statements or identification
• Servicing and account messages about an active or completed funding arrangement, including payment reminders and renewal notices
• Appointment confirmations and reminders for calls with a Fundivi advisor
• Occasional information about Fundivi products and services, where you have consented to receive it

3. How You Join the Program

You join the Fundivi SMS program by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, for example when you submit an application, prequalification, consultation, or contact form on our website, when you give your number to a Fundivi advisor, or when you text us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or of obtaining funding from Fundivi.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your application status, the documents we still need, and how you choose to communicate with us.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges for sending or receiving text messages are billed by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Fundivi does not charge you for participating in this program. Check your mobile plan if you are unsure what your carrier charges for text messages.

6. Help

Reply HELP for help. Replying HELP to any message from us returns our contact information so you can reach a person. You can also reach our customer care team using the phone number, email address, or support page listed in Section 10 below.

7. Opting Out and Rejoining

Reply STOP to opt out. You may reply STOP to any message from us at any time. When you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming your request, and you will stop receiving further text messages from the Fundivi SMS program.

If you change your mind, you can rejoin the program at any time by texting START to the same number that messaged you, or by giving us your consent again through our website or a Fundivi advisor.

Opting out of text messages does not by itself opt you out of phone calls, emails, or mail from Fundivi. To manage those, visit our Opt-Out page.

8. Delivery and Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or that it will arrive on time. Do not rely on a text message as the only way to receive time-sensitive information about your application.

9. Privacy

Information you provide to us, including your mobile number and the content of your messages, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
