The team behind Fundivi has spent 7+ years funding businesses.
Long before the Fundivi name existed, this same team was already funding businesses directly and through a network of vetted lending partners, combining real lending experience with technology built for speed. Today that work runs under Fundivi. No brokers, no shopping your file around, and no waiting weeks for an answer you could have had in hours.

Started by people who had already seen the problem.
The team pioneering Fundivi started this work after years spent inside business lending, watching the same failure happen from every seat in the room. A qualified business would apply, then wait. Their file would get shopped to lenders they never chose, by a broker paid to move volume, not to find the right fit. Weeks would pass before anyone gave a straight answer, and often the answer that finally came back had nothing to do with what the business actually needed.
That work started under different brand names, each built to remove the same layer entirely. Instead of shopping a file around after the fact, this team built a platform that reads a business the way an underwriter does from the start, cash flow, time in business, credit, and what the funds are actually for, and matches it directly to the right structure. When a deal fits our own book, we fund it ourselves. When it does not, it goes to a partner we have already vetted, not a broker taking a cut in the middle.
Today, that same platform runs under Fundivi, still built on the same underwriting engine, the same direct capital, and the same standard for how fast a decision should take that this team set from the start.

One platform, built to get out of your way.
Every product Fundivi offers runs through the same underwriting engine. That is what makes same day funding possible: not a promise, a process built for it from the start.
Cash flow first, credit score second
Most lenders start and stop at a credit score. We start with what your bank statements actually show: real revenue, real balances, real payment history. Credit still matters, it is one of the clearest signals we have, but it is not the only one, and it does not have to be the deciding one.
Technology that reads a file in minutes, not hours
Our underwriting engine evaluates the same numbers a person would, at a speed a person cannot match. Most applications get a decision the same business day, and funding follows the same day for most approvals once terms are signed.

Funding sized for every business, exactly as it stands today.
From a fifteen person restaurant group to a construction company scaling into a new market, we fund businesses of every size, in every industry, and in nearly every situation, including ones a traditional bank would turn away without a second look.
Every stage
From businesses just past their first year to companies with a decade of history behind them, our products are built to scale with where a business actually is, not where a rigid credit box assumes it should be.
Every situation
Strong credit, thin credit, a recent default, an existing loan you are still paying down: we have a structure built for a wide range of real world profiles, not just the cleanest files.

From application to funded, in four steps.
The same process behind every product we offer, whether we fund it directly or through a partner.
Apply
A short application captures what a lender actually needs, revenue, balance history, and what the funds are for, usually in a couple of minutes.
Match
Your file is measured against our own direct lending criteria and our partner network at the same time, so nothing sits waiting to be reviewed twice.
Decision
Most applications get a real decision the same business day, with the specific reasoning behind it, not a generic approval or denial.
Funded
Once terms are signed, funds move the same day for most approvals. No second round of paperwork, no new portal to learn.

Common questions about Fundivi.
Do you check personal credit?
Yes, but it is one factor among several, not the deciding one. We weigh cash flow, time in business, and what the funds are for alongside your credit score. Our online tools, like the product matcher and cost calculator, never pull your credit, and pre-qualifying uses a soft inquiry only, which does not affect your score.
What if my business is less than a year old?
You can still apply. Time in business is one factor we weigh, not a hard cutoff. Newer businesses tend to have more options with working capital or bridge capital, which weigh cash flow more heavily than a long operating history.
How is Fundivi different from a broker?
A broker shops your file to lenders after you apply, often without full transparency into where it is going. Fundivi underwrites your file first, funds it directly when it fits our own criteria, and only routes it to a vetted partner when it does not. Nothing gets shopped around blind.
See what fits your business.
Three minutes to apply, a real decision in hours, and funding the same day for most approvals.
